大 多 數 Sacoglossa 都 是 吃 草 的，牠 們 的 牙 齒 能 夠 刺 穿 海 藻 的 組 織，從 而 吸 吮 海藻 內 的 營 養。但 少 部 分 Sacoglossa 會 以 其 他 後 鰓 類 動 物 的 卵 為 食 糧。

ORDER SACOGLOSSA -- Sap-sucking slugs
Most of sacoglossans are herbivorous, their teeth are used for piercing the algal cells. The fluid contents of the algal cells are sucked out for their nutrition. A few of sacoglossans do not feed on algae but feed on the eggs of other opisthobranchs. Some species of the family Elysiidae have been discovered in Hong Kong.
